Christina Lambert serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Gordon & Partners. As a member of the firm’s executive leadership team, Christina oversees day-to-day operations, managing over 130 employees. Her role focuses on optimizing business practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and streamlining internal processes to drive the firm’s continued success and growth.
A dynamic and innovative leader, Christina brings a wealth of experience in executive management and organizational development. Prior to joining Gordon & Partners, Christina held prominent leadership roles in nonprofit and public sectors. As Executive Director of Leadership Palm Beach County, she revitalized the organization by fostering community collaboration, increasing alumni engagement, and driving revenue growth. Under her leadership, the organization became the premier leadership program in the region.
Christina’s impact extended further during her tenure as President and CEO of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, where she managed a multi-million-dollar budget and spearheaded initiatives to support the nation’s 11th largest school district. Her efforts significantly increased private funding for schools and established lasting public-private partnerships, including the creation of Red Apple Supplies, which continues to benefit teachers and students across Palm Beach County.
In addition to her role at Gordon & Partners, Christina has served as a City Commissioner for West Palm Beach since 2018, representing District 5. In this capacity, she has been a steadfast advocate for her community, championing initiatives in public safety, affordable housing, education, and economic development. Her leadership on various boards and committees reflects her commitment to fostering a vibrant and sustainable future for West Palm Beach.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Business with High Honors from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication and Technology from Rollins College. A passionate community volunteer, she frequently speaks at local schools, businesses, and organizations, inspiring others with her dedication to service and leadership.
Christina lives in the Southend of West Palm Beach with her husband, Monte, and their daughter, Brianna. Their son, Noah, is currently pursuing his college education in Tallahassee. Rooted in her Hispanic heritage and guided by a strong sense of civic duty, Christina continues to build upon her legacy of service and leadership, both professionally and personally.
