Ms. Feller began her legal career immediately upon graduation from law school, representing insurance companies in first-party property litigation cases. Thereafter, Sarah returned to her passion for representing injured clients, litigating personal injury and consumer protection cases on behalf of plaintiffs. She specializes in plaintiff’s personal injury cases such as auto accidents and premises liability claims, and consumer protection cases such as those involving automotive fraud, Florida’s Lemon Law, deceptive and unfair trade practices, fair credit reporting, identity theft, debt defense and collection actions, and banking and lending violations. Ms. Feller’s background in representing insurers provides integral insight into the inner workings of insurance companies relative to claims handling and litigation tactics, and she uses this insight and experience to best represent her clients today.
Sarah Feller is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Further, she is a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association Young Lawyers’ Board, the Florida Justice Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the National Association for Consumer Advocates.
When Sarah is not advocating for her clients, you can find her spending time with her family, including her two dogs, Brantley and T’Challa. Sarah is an avid saltwater fisherman and enjoys boating, attending FSU football games, and true crime podcasts. Sarah was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority at Florida State University and held several executive board roles with Child Advocates of Stetson Law while in law school.
